Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival Highlights
Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a great weekend and are ready for a great week ahead! This past week I got to experience the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival for the first time this year and it was so fun! There's so much to do and see that you couldn't possibly do it all in one day! So today I want to share with you all the major highlights you MUST hit up while you're at the festival.
The first thing, and my favorite thing at the festival, that you have to do is the butterfly garden. This is located in Future World right behind the Character Spot and across from the Imagination Pavilion. It's a walk-through garden filled with all kinds of flowers and hundreds of butterflies. Some are still in a butterfly box and waiting to come out of their cocoon, which is fun to watch the circle of life right in front of you.
Another one of my favorite things at the festival is eating. I think this is one of my favorite things at Disney in general, but especially at Flower and Garden. Some of my favorites this year are anything from the Honey Bee-Stro, Violet Lemonade, the La Vie En Rose Slush, and the pork and goat cheese taco from Mexico. There's really something for everyone to try at the festival, and I think these are some of the best food and drinks that Disney puts out during the year!
The last thing you must do during your trip to Flower and Garden is ride Living With the Land. This might seem a little weird, but I think it's super cool to see where some of the fruits and vegetables you're eating comes from. Even the flowers that are on top of the violet lemonade are grown in the greenhouses at Epcot. It truly is farm to table here.
Well friends, that's it for today! Let me know if you get a chance to go to Flower and Garden this year! It's so beautiful at Epcot this time of year. Be sure to follow me on Instagram to keep up with all of my Disney adventures!
Be Magical Today!
