Best Dinner Spots at Walt Disney World

Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a fab weekend with friends and family! We spent the weekend planning out our big family reunion at Walt Disney World this September. I'm super excited because we are staying at a tree house at Saratoga Springs, and trying a few new things we haven't done before, including some new dining places. But today is all about the best dinner spots at Walt Disney World. If you've been around for a while you know that this is part of a series I put on hold where I've done the best breakfast, and lunch spots as well. So now we are ready for dinner.

Boma

Boma is located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and is honestly just a great place to go for any meal. They are open for breakfast and dinner, but if you don't make it in for either of those some of the things on the buffet are served at the quick service at the Lodge called The Mara. The best thing about Boma is the selection. The options are plentiful, and always delicious. They have a carving station, which has different meat depending on what night of the week you go. The soups and salads also change depending on what night of the week you go. My favorite soup from Boma is the butternut squash soup. Oh my goodness, friends this soup is perfect on a cold day at Disney when you've been in the parks all morning and afternoon, and are needing a way to warm up. I've honestly never had a bad, or even sub-par meal at Boma, so I always recommend it to people who are making reservations for a meal.

Biergarten

This is another buffet, and it's located at Epcot in the Germany pavilion of World Showcase. There's something really special about this place. It might be the seating arrangements and how you sit with other Disney guests unless your party is big enough to fill a six-top table. It might be that you can order a liter of beer to hoist up into the air as a live band plays while you eat. I would not suggest taking kids who are picky to Beirgarten, and the restaurant can get a little rowdy with all of the people drinking, but if you go in knowing that then it's definitely worth eating here. My dad has lived in Germany for a time in his life, and when we went here for the first time he said it reminded him so much of the country, and the culture. The storytelling alone in this restaurant is great, along with the selections from the buffet.

Morimoto Asia

One of my favorite places at Disney Springs is Morimoto Asia! Located right next to Raglan Road and Homecoming, this restaurant is everything you want pan-Asian food to be, but can never get with a drive-thru window. Everything is super fresh, and has a new spin on old classics. Morimoto Asia is considered a table service restaurant, but they do have an amazing sushi bar upstairs that starts serving at dinner time, and an outdoor kitchen that is considered a quick service. So no matter what kind of mood your in, or the time you have to give for a meal there really is something for everyone here. My favorite item on the menu is the braised black cod! This is one of the best fish dishes I've ever had!

California Grill

I cannot talk about the best dinner spots at Walt Disney World without talking about my absolute favorite dinner spot, California Grill. This amazing table service restaurant is located at the Contemporary Resort at the top floor and overlooks Magic Kingdom. If that by itself doesn't sell you, then I don't know what else will. The menu here changes seasonally, and everything I had here last winter was phenomenal. I had the steak, which was the best steak I've ever had, my mom had the pork chop which was amazing, and my dad got ostrich, which was beyond what I thought it would be!  While it can be hard to secure a reservation here, they do have a lounge that is first come, first served, with the full menu and doesn't require a reservation. There are only a few tables here, so if you want one be sure to get there early.

Well friends, those are my best dinner spots at Walt Disney World! Let me know if you think I left anything off the list in the comments. Be sure to follow me on Instagram to keep up with all of my latest Disney adventures!

Be magical today!
