Adding Disney to Your Home at Christmas

There's nothing like Disney at Christmas! It's absolutely beautiful! The lights, the decorations, seeing Mickey and Minnie in their holiday best! But you can't bring Magic Kingdom home with you... or can you? I have some really simple tips and tricks on how to add Disney to your home decorating this Christmas season.

1. Oh Christmas Tree

There's honestly no easier way to add a bit of Disney magic to your home than by adding some new (or old) Disney ornaments to your Christmas tree. Some of my favorite ornaments are the giant glass Mickey ornaments that come in every color you can imagine. I love these because you can get them personalized with whatever you want on them for a few dollars more. These also make for a really great gift! Some of my other favorite Disney ornaments are ones that look like miniatures of my favorite princesses, Rapunzel and Merida!

2. The Stockings Were Hung By the Chimney With Care

Did you know that you can get stockings that have your favorite Disney character on them? Having these special Disney stockings for Christmas morning is one of my favorite ways to add a bit of Disney style to my Christmas decorations. You can really show off each personality in your house through a stocking, and they are always really festive!

3. Cookies for Santa

It's Christmas Eve and we all know we have to leave out cookies for Santa. His journey is long, and he needs some snacks for the road. But why not add some magic to your gingerbread man by giving him Mickey ears?! You can get Mickey shaped cookie cutters from the Disney Parks, and the Disney Store online. I can guarantee that Santa, and anyone else you give these magical cookies to are going to love them!

Friends, there are thousands of ways to add in the magic of Disney to this special time of year! Let me know in the comments how you're adding in Disney to your Christmas decorations this year!
