Walt Disney World Wednesday: Epcot Food and Wine Festival
Happy Wednesday, friends! I hope you guys are having a great week! This week has been beyond busy so far, and I feel like it's only going to get busier as the week goes on! This weekend one of my best friends and I are running in the Wine and Dine 10K at Walt Disney World! If you know anything about the week leading up to race weekend, you know it's kind of a mess. But along with running we are also going to be taking in the sights, sounds, and yums of Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival!
This is one of my favorite times of year at Epcot because there's SO much to do! This is going to be my third time at Food and Wine Festival this season and I still haven't been able to try everything yet! One of my major tips is to take a buddy with you so you can try more. The plates are small-ish samples, but since there are so many samples you can and probably will get full pretty quickly if you aren't sharing.
This year the Epcot chefs really outdid themselves with creating new or revamping old dishes to make them spectacular! Some of my favorite dishes have been:
The grilled beef skewer with romaine, apricots, and feta cheese from The Chew Collective in Future World West
The artist palette of wine an cheese from Wine and Dine Studio in Future World West
Spicy hummus fries with cucumber, tomato, onions, and tzatziki sauce
These dishes by far are ones that should be top priority if you are only going to Food and Wine Festival once this year!
Well friends, that's all for this week! Let me know in the comments what your favorite Food and Wine Festival dish is!
